Extruder

Long L:D ratio screw design, suitable for different formula compound material. Equiped with Permanent magnet synchronous servo motor
which can contribute energy saving by 10~20% compare to
traditional DC or AC motor, Parallel twin screw extruder
and conical twin screw extruder are available for option.

Pigment powder can be add on extruder,
more flexible and save labor and material cost.

Haul-off Unit

The whole series of haul-off unit adopts the scheme of "one drive more" independent permanent magnet synchronous servo motor for each caterpillar, which can ensure a stable large speed range of more than 50 times, and can simultaneously meet the requirements of fast hauling of small-sized pipe and and low hauling speed of large-size thick wall pipe, with stable speed and strict synchronization of each caterpillar.
